Rival Priscilla 2.0by *T-Reqs

I wasn't entirely satisfied with my original Priscilla, so I decided to completely redo her. I'm making a new file as opposed to updating the old one... because I have no idea. I just wanted to

Anyway, the new Priscilla is a lot like the old one, except I opted to not give her shoes because she's a ditz and prefers to walk barefoot for whatever reason (totally not because I can't draw shoes at all).

A little trivia about Priscilla:

-Her main color is yellow, which compliments Jack's red and Stella's blue (being the primary colors on a painting wheel, as well as the first three international Pokemon game versions)
-She is the main character's 'friendly rival', while the protagonist of the opposite gender is the second 'unfriendly rival'
-Priscilla is not a Ziito native
-Priscilla's starter is always weak to the player's
-Canonically, she starts with Snakuda
-After defeating the Elite 4, Priscilla takes Doctor Tarr's place as a gym leader.

Well pokemon always needed a main rival to be female....And i'm not just talking about the rival you get tha's your opp. gender like in ruby and sapphire, or bianca in pokemon black and white.
